Recipe Corner: Nadiya's Honey & Date Tea Loaf

Here, in the Cotswold Collections office, the Great British Bake Off is very popular. This week we would like to share a recipe with you from last year’s winner, Nadiya Hussain. Feeling inspired by Bread Week last Wednesday, we happened across this recipe when visiting a friend, who gave us some to sample with a cup of tea and we can say that not only does it taste great, it is also easy to make.

  1. Is there no form of butter/oil or fat which goes into the mix.

  3. This looks good although it’s not low calories. That’s o.k. I get a lot of pleasure just looking at all your lovely photos. BTW, I love grey and cloudy days. Being from the Puget Sound area of Washington State, I miss them down here in the Valley of the Sun. We love rain when it comes and the overcast makes it cozy staying inside and fiddling around with reading, cooking and just being here.
