Please note:

All our Royal Mail services are continuing to operate as usual with exception of Special Delivery. Royal Mail will prioritise, but no longer guarantee, the next working day Special Delivery service we use for UK parcels.

From the 15th March 2020 we have been informed by Royal Mail that where they need to deliver any parcel that won’t fit through a letterbox, they will place the item at your door. Having knocked on your door, they will then step aside to a safe distance while you retrieve your item. This will ensure your item is delivered securely rather than being left outside. If you are unable to come to the door at all they will issue a ‘Something for You’ card, advising of other ways you can arrange to get your item. For example, by getting a friend or family member to collect the parcel from the local Customer Service Point on your behalf. In this situation, and to keep your mail as secure as possible, they will need to bring along a form of ID in the name of the person the item is addressed to.

Expected delivery for 2nd class post will be in 3 working days and first class will be expected in 2 working days. 

Ordering From Overseas

Tax free prices are available on orders sent to non-EC destinations. At the point of ordering, all customers are asked to select the international region for delivery and tax adjustments are made automatically by the order forms.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied, you must inform us in writing of your intention to cancel the order within 14 days and you have a further 14 days to return the goods. Upon receipt of the goods we will refund the purchase price or exchange any item returned (in good condition). We enclose a pre-paid returns label with every order. Please attach this to your parcel and take this to the nearest Post Office. We advise you to obtain a receipt of postage as proof of return. Please indicate on the returns form if you would prefer an exchange or refund, along with the reason for return. For more information click here >
