We welcome orders from overseas. Please add the appropriate delivery charge shown above.
Tax free prices are available on orders sent to non-EC destinations. At the point of ordering, all customers are asked to select the international region for delivery and tax adjustments are made automatically by the order forms.

In the unlikely event of your order taking more than 14 days to deliver, we shall advise you of the delay.
Covid-19. Under these trying and exceptional circumstances, please do not worry if you cannot easily return items to us. Just let us know and we can help and advise you accordingly. If you are not completely satisfied you must inform us in writing of your intention to cancel the order within 14 days and you have a further 14 days to return the goods. Upon receipt of the goods we will refund the purchase price or exchange any item returned (in good condition). Please indicate on the return form if you would prefer an exchange or refund, along with the reason for return.
Free Returns and Exchanges
Free returns only apply for UK customers. We enclose a pre-paid returns label with every order. Please attach this to your parcel and take this to the nearest Post Office. We advise you to obtain a receipt of postage as proof of return.
Our clothes are made from the finest quality materials. Please follow the care label advice to achieve the best results and help ensure that your clothes look good and last for years.
A service for those customers who need skirt, trouser, jacket, blouse and sleeve lengths individually tailored. When you place your order, simply tick the box in your order summary to request an alteration form, which will be despatched with your order. Try on your garments, and decide the required finished length. Clearly mark this on your alteration form, and return both garment and form to:

Please telephone us if we can assist. We will return the altered garment to you within two weeks. We charge £12 per garment for skirts and trousers (for jacket and blouse alterations including sleeves, and pleated skirts, please call customer services for further pricing information). We regret that once altered, the garment cannot be exchanged or refunded. Your statutory rights are not affected. We regret that this service is currently only available to U.K. customers.
Please note: due to the nature of their design, not all garments are suitable for alterations. Please call to confirm.
Cotswold Collections is exclusive and we manufacture in limited quantities. Therefore, we cannot ensure permanent availability of all items.
