How to order

Online

Select the outfit and/or garment you require from the correct range. Select the items your require or order the entire outfit (see separate panel for this option),together with the size, length and colour options. Choose Buy Now and the items will be added to your shopping basket. Please select the correct shipping method and any additional information your require and update your order before proceeding to 'Click to Pay'.

By fax

Credit cardholders may also place their orders by completing a printed order form and faxing it to us on: Faxline: 01242 536714

By telephone

If you have a Visa, Amex, Mastercard or Switch / Maestro card, you can telephone your order to us on 01242 536712, Monday to Friday 9.00am to 7.00pm and most Saturdays between 9.00am and 3.00pm.

It is a good idea to fill in the order form before you telephone, so that you have all the information in front of you; this can then be kept as a record of your order.

By post

We welcome orders from overseas. Please add the appropriate delivery charge shown above.

Tax free prices are available on orders sent to non-EC destinations. At the point of ordering, all customers are asked to select the international region for delivery and tax adjustments are made automatically by the order forms.

All orders are despatched by Air Mail. Local import duties may be payable on receipt. You may order online or telephone or fax your order to us:

Despatch of orders

In the unlikely event of your order taking more than 14 days to deliver, we shall advise you of the delay.

Alteration service

A service for those customers who need skirt, trouser, jacket, blouse and sleeve lengths individually tailored. When you place your order, simply tick the box on your order form requesting an alteration form, which will be despatched with your order. Try on your garments, and decide the required finished length. Clearly mark this on your alteration form, and return both garment and form to:

Please telephone us if we can assist. We will return the altered garment to you within two weeks and the charge is only £10.00 per garment. We regret that once altered, the garment cannot be exchanged or refunded. Your statutory rights are not affected. We regret that this service is currently only available to U.K. customers.

Caring for your clothes

Our clothes are made from the finest quality materials. Please follow the care label advice to achieve the best results and help ensure that your clothes look good and last for years.

Refunds and exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied, we will refund the purchase price or exchange any item returned (in good condition) within 14 days. We enclose a pre-paid returns label with every order. Please attach this to your parcel and take this to the nearest Post Office. We advise you to obtain a certificate of postage as proof of return. Please indicate on the return form if you would prefer an exchange or refund, along with the reason for return.

Overseas Returns - please notify us of the cost of return and we will reimburse you.

Other information

Cotswold Collections is exclusive and we manufacture in limited quantities. Therefore, we cannot ensure permanent availability of all items.

A swatch service is available.

Please contact Cotswold Customer Services if you receive duplicate catalogues or your details are incorrect.

Every care has been taken to describe and portray items accurately using current technology, but slight variations in actual goods may occur.
